Mindful Matcha- Digital Craft Journal

A judgment-free space to slow down, create, and come back to yourself.

This journal is a space for you to doodle, write, draw, collage, and process. It's meant to be used in a calm environment, where you can slow down, enjoy a cup of matcha, and create with yourself.

Throughout the book, you'll find lightly guided prompts to help you get started, along with grid (dotted) pages for free expression. This is a time to flow freely, play, and expand.
